Refund Policy

Prelims Pass: 7-day refund, no questions asked

If you bought the Prelims Test Series Pass and it isn't for you, email us within 7 days of purchaseand we'll refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason, and it doesn't matter how much you've used it.

How billing works

RankSheet's plans, including the Prelims Pass, are one-time payments (not auto-renewing subscriptions) that unlock either 30 days or 1 year of access. You're never charged again automatically. You choose to purchase again when your access window ends.

Other plans

Because a plan grants immediate digital access, refunds for the other plans are given when:

• You were charged but your plan was never activated on your account (a technical failure on our end).
• You were double-charged for the same purchase.

Any other request is looked at individually; write to us and explain what happened.

How to request a refund

Email support@ranksheet.in from the email address on your account with your order/payment ID (visible in your Razorpay payment confirmation email). We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Razorpay and may take several business days to reflect, per Razorpay's own processing times.
